Specialist Dental Group® (SDG) is proud to announce that it has been awarded the Singapore Service Class certification.
The Singapore Service Class certification is presented by SPRING Singapore to recognise organisations that displayed excellence in business and service standards. Using a comprehensive framework, organisations are assessed in the areas of leadership, customers (patients), strategy, people, processes, knowledge and results.
By receiving this certification, SPRING Singapore acknowledges that SDG have met all the requirements and recognises that SDG effectively enhance patient experience through the implementation of various processes.
SDG aims to be the first choice for specialty dental expertise and care in Singapore. In order to achieve this goal, one of the areas it always emphasises strongly on is the service towards patients. Using the service philosophy of “Patients First, Teeth Second” – SDG is committed to its patients and their well-being is of the highest priority.

This is not the first time that SDG has been recognised officially for their efforts in elevating its experience level for patients and caring for its employees’ well-being. SDG was awarded for providing the “Best Healthcare Experience” in 2012’s Singapore Experience Awards and received the Bronze award for the Singapore HEALTH Award.
