If you intend to make a claim from your Medisave account, please ensure that you bring along your identify card and notify our staff in advance, so that they could prepare the necessary documents and assist you with the filing. Please do note that the amount reimbursed is subjected to the approval of Central Provident Fund (CPF) Board, the complexity of the procedure and the amount in your account.
CPF Board takes approximately two to three weeks to process the claim, as such, patients are required to make a full payment first. We will assist in the Medisave submission to CPF Board. A cheque of the approved amount will be issued to patient once CPF Board has approved the submission.

You may want to check with your insurance advisor on your insurance dental coverage and start date of policy coverage, prior to any confirmation on any treatment.
For patients with insurance coverage, our general policy is to collect the payment from the patients first. We will then assist in completing the insurance claim form for the patient to submit to the insurance company. The insurance company will then reimburse the patient directly.
Certain insurance companies have made special arrangements with our clinic and you may want to enquire via our website if your insurance company has such an arrangement in place.
