Dr. Patricia Yeong is a Consultant Orthodontist with Specialist Dental Group. She graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the National University of Singapore in 1995 with a Gold Medal (Best All-Round Student of the Class of 1995) and was also awarded a Book Prize (Best Student in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery). She was a Silver Medalist in Surgery in 1994. She later obtained a Master of Dental Surgery (Orthodontics) from the National University of Singapore in 2001 and was admitted as a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh). Dr. Yeong is on the Roll of Specialists (Orthodontics), a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore and a Member of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (Orthodontics).

In addition to her specialty training in Orthodontics at the National Dental Centre and the National University Hospital in Singapore, Dr. Yeong was a Clinical Fellow at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Canada. She was also previously an Associate Consultant in Orthodontics at the National Dental Centre and was a recipient of the SingHealth Human Manpower and Development Plan Award.

Dr Yeong was a teaching staff with the National University of Singapore from 2005 to 2008. She has a special interest in cleft lip and palate and orthodontics and has given lectures and presentations on these topics. Dr. Yeong was also an active member of the Dentofacial Deformity Committee at the National Dental Center and is a member of the Association of Orthodontists, Singapore and the Singapore Dental Association.

She was the recipient of a travel award by the National University Hospital to the University of Hong Kong, where she conducted orthodontic scientific research on cephalometric norms and has been published in a peer-reviewed journal, The European Journal of Orthodontics, on the Craniofacial Morphology of Children.

Dr. Yeong is also Certified in Invisalign, a type of braces that straightens teeth with a series of clear, virtually invisible custom-molded aligners.
